What is Global Sales Barometer?
GSB is an annual research exercise to truly indentify international trends in selling and sales management. We implement this research to provide sales professionals with a framework for benchmarking best practice and to provide sales researchers with clear feedback from practitioners on research priorities.

- On-line survey
- All data is anonymously aggregated

- Sales managers’ perceptions of selling capabilities of their business unit relative to competitors
- Sales management practices, e.g. costs to recruit, compensation, budgets
- Year on year performance changea
